Smedvig Capital expands its investment team
Smedvig Capital, the London-based private equity company active in development capital for growth businesses, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Lando as a new Associate. Nicola (26) joins Smedvig from Mercer Management Consulting.
At Mercer Nicola was responsible for a number of projects including sales strategy, price repositioning and labour efficiency management, working in the USA, Denmark and the UK. Nicola's sector experience has ranged from aerospace to retail, and telecoms to hospitality. The size of the companies involved also ranged from large international corporates to smaller UK-based businesses - both quoted and private.
Nicola graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering. She also has an ACCA Diploma in Financial Management.
